We offer hassle-free returns based on the product category, as mentioned on the respective product page.
Easy Returns allows you to request a return within 24 hours of product delivery,
but this option is applicable only for selected products as per our terms and conditions.
The return process depends on your location and courier availability. Please note that the complete return
and refund process may take approximately 15–20 business days or longer.
Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as delivered
- All original tags must be intact
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Children’s Food Products
- Customers must provide valid photo or video proof for return/replacement requests
- Requests without proof will not be accepted
- Due to the perishable nature of these items, returns/replacements may not be accepted in most cases
